Drainworld aims to obtain as much information as possible to be able to give the best and most accurate price. A quote may be the cheapest, but if items are missed out it may be dearest in the long run. It is also our aim to supply the quote at the earliest opportunity to give the contractor the most time possible to finish his quote to the principal.
Drainworld places great importance in putting a schedule together which is accurate. To not schedule items can result in the contractor getting a job with an uneconomical result. Not all jobs are fully scheduled, and some not at all, so time spent at this stage pays dividends later.
Drainworld does not design jobs, as that is for engineers, but we can assist with products and solutions, and we are always happy to do so. Sometimes two heads are better than one.

Drainworld has processes in place to see that materials are available to the contractor when required and sometimes this is at short notice. This means planning days, weeks and sometimes months in advance to ensure product is on site when required.
Drainworld, in association with suppliers such as Humes, from time to time hold training sessions for staff, contractors, engineers and local bodies.
Drainworld can arrange delivery whether by carrier or one of our vehicles. This needs to be coordinated with the contractor to ensure smooth supply. This is especially important as a truck load of pipe arriving at a small work site in rush hour can cause havoc with potential safety considerations.

Drainworld has staff who keep in touch with the work foreman, visiting the site to discuss delivery or any unforeseen issues. We provide a much needed service in this area.
Drainworld constantly keeps up to date with the local authority’s approved materials list and endeavours to make sure that nothing is supplied that contravenes this list. Replacing such items can be very costly to the contractor. The Wanganui authorities have a very high standard and it is only by being alert we can meet these standards.
Drainworld is proactive when it comes to checking the quality of goods going to site. We check goods arriving for site to make certain there has been no damage during transportation and that the goods are correct, and the quantity is correct and they are correctly labelled. Any item not up to standard is marked and if possible removed from the load before reaching site.

Drainworld endeavours to be up to date with new developments in product and technical advancements, making sure they are approved by local authorities and placed on the approved materials list.
Drainworld is on call 24/7. Not all jobs are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our normal hours are 7am to 5pm or when the last customer leaves and Monday to Friday and 9am to noon on Saturday. We always have someone on call.
